I thought Van Gaal had already done Ron over, by advising de Vrij to sign for Lazio (was it them?).
De Vrij didn't sign for us because he was still angry at Koeman for stripping him of the Feyenoord captaincy and saying he wasn't man enough.
Van Gaal is outstripping Mourinho already on this season's "comedy villain" stakes. When the two play each other, it's going to be really quite entertaining methinks.....
Typical of dealings involving South American players..why do we bother with all this hassle? It's not like our dealings with South American players in the past has ever paid off.

Our ESP last season was young, English players. We are moving away from that, though not by our own choice. Hopefully, if we get through the next season or so, a new batch will appear. Until then of course, Wenger has promised to provide the England team

Lots of politics, they never wsnted to sell and the lads got lots of mafioso surrounding him. I asked if the holding company was a problem. They certainly got in the way of things.
I then asked if there are others. Got a few lined up. Bit of a hurry really that's where I am going.

Hmm, I'm sure Les Reed strolls around the car park waiting for fans to come up to him so he can spill the beans as much as possible. I don't think we'll get Rojo, mainly due to recent reports, but I doubt Reed would say anything in regards to transfers coming in and going into that much detail...
Think it happens a lot more than people expect. I remember sitting with Gareth Southgate at the Norwich game last year and he told me his first squad! Also told me which younger players would be bypassing the under 21s. Most of these guys love chatting to fans under less pressurised circumstances
I've just been on to the other forum, and it is amazing how many dismiss this post. Why would this guy make this up, and really, why wouldn't a Saints director talk to a Saints supporter in our stadium's car park?
