Horrible news had banter with him in the past and he always seemed like a good lad, hope he pulls through and my thoughts are with his family.

Just logged on to find this shocking news - thanks for letting us know Steve - as a Swansea fan who lives 200 miles away I feel so helpless.

Ash dig in mate and lets see you on here again and please put yourself first! My prayers are with you Ash.

Depression, and I do not mean being down in the dumps or just pissed off for a while, is a truly terrible illness and those who suffer it rarely find the way to ask for help from those around them. My first wife decided to end it all a long time ago because of events in her earlier life just could not be forgotten. So I know, how much the deep hurt eats away at someone.
My best regards to Ashley's family at this time and should he recover, that he gets all the support to help him over this terrible episode in his life.

So sorry to read this. A good friend went down the same route a little while ago out here and I do understand a little of the pain.
