because theirs is an official bid, any comments about the situation must be published, its not a ploy its just the way it is, no matter who bids any official comments must be published.
Excuse my ignorance plse but why did the maggot only name the one bid

I can't help feeling that SD and CM are playing a dangerous game. They were that desperate to sell to KLD they gave up any controlling interest. Just my opinion but this is last chance saloon stuff ror them. They're out of their depth here.

The other one is professional and will have NDA as part of it, is my guess. If the terrible two name them they lose them as viable bidders.

I am not ITK , that’s just my take on things.

agree with that, also from what i have read/picked up around social media, the 'crypto-guys' are pretty damn amateurish...more like a 'look at us' than anything serious.

aye - but why did KLD buy 41%? He doesn't tick any of those boxes either.
My thought at the time was that 41% was the number where SD and CM were prepared to give control over in the shareholder agreement, but also keep back plenty for their pay-off later. Now that we're in the championship they're trying to get out with their profit.

Not sure if the share holder agreement would apply to anyone taking over the SD and CM shares? I think it would as that would be a big hole in the agreement if not.

Edit: I didn't know what the number was at the time, but hope you see what I mean.

You just have to watch Donald's handling of the Will Grigg deal to get a feel for his negotiation skills.

trying to prove they are 'big men in the business world' is my take on it, i think KLD has got them tightly wound in and all this is pretty much the old 'my dads bigger than your dad' bollox...they want to save face and make it look like they found a better deal for themselves.

while we have no idea what conditions have been laid down, i honestly feel like they should have taken the offer from KLD (assuming that is true) and headed home, kept their heads down for a few months then move onto their next project, but this time, make sure they can sustain that project if/when needed.

Anyone know what this 48 hour period is about with KLD? Seen it mentioned a few times that he has a 48 hour deadline with the 2 cranks

KLD has 48hrs to match the offer and take up the 39% from those 2 himself. Doesn't sound like he is going to though for whatever reason. He sounds confident the other bidders will be coming on board not these Crypto bellends.
