Tom White’s tweet very confusing. Contradicting the statement by saying the deal is ‘very much with the EFL’. Insinuating that Kyril is being untruthful about their being no contact.
Can CM/SD sell their shares to whoever they wish (with EFL approval)? Or does it need KLD/JS agreement?

Confirmation (in case you needed it) that KLD and JS are working together. They own 61% so they make all the decisions. Adolf Hitler could buy the remaining 39% and it wouldn't make a blind but of difference

My take on things is that KLD has an option to buy the madrox shares. As it stands, he isn't taking it up because he and JS are tight and own 61%.
Methven is trying to stir things up by pretending to sell to a crypto consortium with no credentials
