When I said I believe things will carry on much the same as now that doesn't mean it's not exciting.

It's more to do with the belief that the new investment won't mean big disruption. We'll have rid of the two stains on the club which people have repeatedly demanded, that's exciting enough. Plus we'll have a chairman, manager and staff who've done us proud, that's exciting for me.

I feel the scouts and staff will bring in good signings and loans that will fit it without disruption,.

This was never a huge mega-rich takeover, I think some people may have just become a bit over-excited with it all, perhaps a legacy from the last time.

What I believe will happen is that someone within the wider L-D 'family' will come in and alow things to carry on as they are ...

... as that's currently upwards I'd be quite happy with that.

this is a quote from Methven in the Athletic just now:

“We are currently actively engaged with two external parties, both of whom have submitted acceptable offers, and now it is simply a question of which of them, or indeed anyone else, can get the deal done quickest," he said.

"The chairman of Sunderland AFC has asked that the sale of our shares be completed before the start of next season if at all possible, which we entirely agree with, but ultimately that is now in the hands of the bidders and their lawyers.”

I don't think this other group have any intention of buying us, if they're involved in crypto all they will want is to increase clicks and traffic around their sites and nfts, honestly **** them they are not the people we want like, hopefully the other party is the realm bidders, this is however proof that Donald and methven will **** us over of it benefits them.
