Having the direction and ambition of the club led from the top down is a major key to success. Obviously to with this you need finance and he right people in post making the decisions.

This is all starting to feel exciting again. It feels like someone is walking into a long forgotten and neglected house and is starting to pull the white sheets of the furniture inside, it won't be long to rejuvenate things and get the old place back to its former glory.

The nice thing is though you very rarely put it back to its former glory it’s usually 10 times better<ok>
