Donald has then refused to drop his shareholding so in order to make it happen JS has agreed to drop his.

Leaves it 60% for KLD and a takeover in every sense of the word.

Sartori and Methven retain their 20% and 6% stakes and KLD simply buys 60% off Donald.

my only reason for suddenly taking credence on his view is based on what starsky posted earlier.

I couldn’t work out how KLD could possibly get the majority shareholding without JS dropping his shareholding - as SD and CM were never going to significantly further.

then yesterday Nixon says that KLD is trying to get the 50/50 (of the 80%) split with Sartori to 75/25, and now starsky is saying that Sartori is willing to stay at 20% - which happens to be 25% of the 80%. So they align.
