I just hope we bring in someone like Poyet who will bring an ethos to the club, look to develop players (mainly the academy players) and get the right people in keys roles at the club.

I'm not bothered about them thrown cash around. It's getting the right men in the key roles that is the most important for me.

I was genuinely going to post something along those lines mate. I haven't been on here long but it's a good place, so why not put all ****e in the past and enjoy the future of SAFC.
