Tin hat on...and maybe over thinking this or talking crap lol...not just blaming the last 2 manager’s but i’ve thought this for quiet a while now that some of these player’s are to ‘comfy’ at Sunderland with the facilities available to them compared to other league 1 club’s and have no interest at been promoted out of this league because they are not good enough to play at a higher level so are happy plodding along in league 1.

Bally isn't the answer, even as caretaker. When we last had him as caretaker, he was still around the players. He's not done any coaching for years now I don't think.
I noticed that too; when the commentator said Power, I thought straight away, he's not even on the pitch! Seems the commentators are about as good as the refs in this league
