The manager will need to be somebody who will be here for the long term and needs to be as ambitious as we can afford to be. Parkinson does not inspire any confidence and even if we were to be promoted, his Championship credentials are negligible

I think SKP might be a good shout, especially if we need to galvanise the fans. The manager is a bit more baffling if Gilly hasn’t been told who, then is it safe to assume his “gut feeling” means he has worked with the ex player come coach, in the past? What other ex players that are available have had experienced on coaching side. John O’Shea? I’m going for a Steve Bould, Arsene Wenger dream team :emoticon-0105-wink:.

Its tiresome ****e. Its made worse by the little group of Bob-ettes who won't accept any criticism of the 'jokes or the cryptic ****e. They are happy to be argumentative and threatening, yet whinge to the mods demanding folk get banned for any form of criticism.

I'd been on there for 15 or so years and met up with many fans at various matches, but that drivel (along with the abuse Smug got last year) has ruined what was once a very decent board.

How we all going over here ?

Think someone close to me was posting previously. He will have been 100% accurate in what he said and I trust that person unequivocally. Family. Obviously, he will / can continue to post at their leisure. However, I will be speaking for myself on here from now on.
