Embarrassing performance today. No progression under Parkinson. Several positions at the club confirmed as untenable. Right at the end now. Current situation urgently needs to move forward.
Agree. I’d like to know why Furhman, who was thought to be joining is now gone. It’s all very strange
We have a WhatsApp group amongst all my good mates, some of the lads are saying glad we are out of the cup, not arsed about today’s result, it’s to be expected with the amount of games we played. I’m not having any of that ****e, getting beat at home of a team like Mansfield is a an utter disgrace, them players are garbage and if that’s what we have in reserve then we are in a **** load of trouble once the injuries mount up. That manager is a dour miserable bastard who sucks the life out of the players. Those young lads we have must be sitting there thinking they have no chance under that twat, amongst them they have pace, skill and more than anything youthful exuberance. That dour miserable bastard will suck the life out of them. We are Sunderland one of the biggest clubs in the land, getting beat in the 1st round at home by Mansfield should automatically get that twat the sack.
God I hope so..days like today make it imperative a takeover completes and we become a progressive club not a regressive one under Donald and Parkinson
He's a bang average league one manager at best, god knows what they were thinking when they appointed him
Smug wrote a few pages back that the only hold up to the announcement is a few admin and contract issues. Magnus has just confirmed he has heard the same.
We are ****ed without this takeover, Parkinson stays for another season as we can’t afford to terminate his contract and even worse we’re stuck with Donald and his mates.
Gonna be riots soon, the standard of football is the worst I’ve ever seen, the plans and infrastructure are non existent. Donald and his fellow incompetents will be praying to god that fans aren’t allowed back in.
The league results have been good to be fair and after today I am confident he is playing the best we have in the first team. Today does she me that Diamond, Neil, Embleton and Hawkes should be in and around the 1st squad and in Diamond's case possible playing when we have an injury or two. Embleton at least offers something different and some forward momentum whereas Dobson and Power just go sideways the majority of the time. Mind you they seem drilled into that way of playing.
