IIRC when the story broke it was stated that JS and KLD were in a consortium. If they formed a Company to hold their Madrox shares on a 50:50 basis then that company would hold 80% of the shares in Madrox and would have control assuming they hold 40% each.

Of course we do not know what the set up is yet and I'm just speculating

Its been mooted since it broke a few weeks back that they are going to hold an 80% shareholding between them 50:50....with Donald and Methven sharing the remainder 15% & 5%

Yeah, it's just how you hold them shares to prevent anyone else having having much of an influence, that was the point I was trying to make.
Moving on if at some future date you wanted to sell 80% of the shares in Madrox it may also attract a much better price.

The daft thing is a decent manager should be able to get a tune out of our squad...if that happens we will get promoted. We don’t even need to be excellent, just better than mediocre based on the league standard.
