100%. Works for the sun doesn't he? Considering Donald went through a spell of suing them (or at least considering legal action), I think it's highly unlikely that any of the current ownership would be particularly pally with them. I really don't think the FPP loan will be an issue mind. The loan is to Madrox, not safc, so assuming the new people are buying into Madrox they either simply adjust the price they pay to account for the loan being in place, or they pay it off now. Its existence is well known so its hardly going to be some unforeseen stumbling block. If they don't want to pay it off now then they'll need FPPs agreement, but there's no reason why they'd say no. If they wanted the club they'd likely have made a move already. If they don't want anything other than their loan paying back in time then they'd be better off with billionaires running the club who can definitely afford to pay it back, rather than risking the current lot messing it up. If Fuhrman is involved in the bid then again you wouldn't imagine FPP would be difficult. I think it'll go through this time, Donald will be losing money, he can't be enjoying it any more and recent performances will hardly have him convinced that he can ride it out with promotion at the end of the season. He's running out of options, if this one involves a fair price and the bonus of keeping shares in a billionaire ran safc to cash in on later then he'd be daft to mess it up. The last accounts seemed okay as well , and there's no reason (aside from Covid which they'll all know about) why anything should have materially changed since then, so I don't KLD will find anything to concern him either.
Exactly it was suggested the guradian L’equipe stories came about because an agreement was reached, its possible that the likes of nixon and other articles are just getting old info
Indeed. Was the 'leak' regarding Mr. Marseilles just That’s true for most of the internet to be honest!
Why should they apologise? Donyou apologise and admit your mistakes always. These are businessmen, and moderately successful. As far as I can see they have streamlined costs and got investment just as they said they would do. The errors came when they sold any young prospect and decided to buy a striker everyone knew had gone off. If they had just stuck to business they have been a success. Remember, no Donald no dreyfus
Didn't someone say he had been told and potentially agreed a pay off to hold the reigns until it goes through?
His choices though? I believe weren't his first choice or second choice signings? He even said that when he was on goals on Sunday ages ago.
I was under the impression Bridcutt was. Thought he was signed to replace Cattermole who was going to Stoke, but then that didn't happen. I'd have Poyet back ina heartbeat though. I think at this level he'd be able to go through the squad and youths and get 11 players in the right spots for his system out pass this division.
