If that was in the third minute, and I was Costa Rican, the Serbian getting a retrospective ban wouldn't really wash with me (if it had of have been a red card action).

I know in this instance it was right at the very end of the game, but I'm not sure you can pick some random minute of the match whereby you cease reviewing such instances live.
