Who brainwashes you then ?
Government. ?
You can only be brainwashed if you pay attention to a subject. In Brand's case I'd switch off a show I'd usually watch if he was on. Same goes for Ross Noble and others, I just can't abide them.

Now, there is one of the most unfunny ****ers I've ever had the displeasure to listen to. Hes Absolutely awful that ****. What a bellend he is.You can only be brainwashed if you pay attention to a subject. In Brand's case I'd switch off a show I'd usually watch if he was on. No time for the ****erfJust as I've said, I find him repugnant.
He's crass, rude, and vulgar in situations when it's obviously unsuitable ...
... but that's how he gets his laughs.
His boasting about his porno addiction, his drug addiction and the stupidity with Andrew Sachs sums the man up imo.
That episode was really disgusting, when you have to reach that level of behaviour it just shows what a untalented awful person he isJust as I've said, I find him repugnant.

repugnant
extremely distasteful; unacceptable.
Strong description. What's your problem with him?
I’ve never heard of the bloke, have to have a look now. Thanks SmugNow, there is one of the most unfunny ****ers I've ever had the displeasure to listen to. Hes Absolutely awful that ****. What a bellend he is.

I actually find that funny, seeing as it’s himDon't like his attitude as a person but for me it's wrong that he's named in public after being accused whereas his accusers retain their anonymity. To me that's wrong.
He hasn't been charged with anything as far as i'm aware (to be fair i only heard about this a couple of hours ago)
hope his career nose dives to nought and he goes bankrupt, hate the bastard
I agree mate. It just pisses me off when males are named in the media prior to conviction. This applies whether they're a "celebrity" or not.The investigation piece by the times is a very hard read. They have spent 4 years putting it together and I don't feel they would put their reputations on the line without serious evidence. They claim to have seen all the texts, emails and got records of medical and therapy sessions through FOI.
The bit about the 16 year old is terrible.

If it's ok to name the accused then surel it's ok to name the accuser?
Seen him in Australia Olly, absolutely brilliant. It just shows it takes all sorts of people to make a worldNow, there is one of the most unfunny ****ers I've ever had the displeasure to listen to. Hes Absolutely awful that ****. What a bellend he is.

kevin Spacey - AquittedDon't know mate. Don't really have any feelings on that TBH. Can see the logic both ways
I agree, except for Russel Brandkevin Spacey - Aquitted
Craig McLachlan - Aquitted
Benjamin Mendy - Aquitted
Ched Evans - Conviction quashed after serving jails time
Those 4 off the top of my head, both careers tarnished, possibly over. These 4 went to court.
I'm sure that there have been many men in mainstream life who have lost their jobs/careers after being even accused of inapropriate behaviour because they get named.
Surely an accused person is deserving of the right to anonymity until convicted and found guilty? Isn't that the basic rule of law?
