This is getting tedious.
The club have already stated they won't for the forthcoming season.
If they did all i would do is further argue the fact it is a family stand (doesn't have to include a junior) according to PL rules. Therfore the 2 of us are family, father and son.
This is why the club allowed me to have my seat back as a full paying adult, i personally don't see what ruling to the "family" stand we have broken.

Personally i don't think 2016/17 plans would be changed by new owners.

I would find it hard to believe the PL could enforce a wishy washy statement / request. It is not as if it is a set in stone ruling that "must" be adhered to.
Huh?
It's hardly wishy washy
It's a rule, and the use of the word 'must' means it isn't a request, it is a direction or an order. They absolutely could enforce it. It's their club and they set the rules that you have to obey if you want to join the club

They will say the concessionary areas are the £21/mth seats in the corners and other designated areas.

You seem to be having enormous difficulty getting your head around this.

The Premier League rules state that seniors and kids MUST be offered concessionary prices.

The whole basis of Hull City's new membership scheme is that there are no concessionary prices and that everyone pays the same for the same seats.

The membership pack clearly states - SAME ZONE PRICE FOR ALL: REGARDLESS OF AGE AND STATUS.

Ok then, the club will have to offer concessions if that is what you sure of mighty one.

They make oap's and kids £20.99 but they must be seated in certain areas. <laugh>

Exactly
The level of concession is the only thing they can use to continue their target of pissing everyone off
A 1p reduction is a concession. I look forward to them doing that actually

To be honest, i haven't a clue why i am commenting at all about concessions.
It may benefit my old fella, paying less if they have to provide concessions but it doubt it will make a difference to me.

If they have to scrap concessions, then they adult prices will have to go back up to compensate.

The membership agreement you've signed specifically allows them to do this.

Ok, they will say they have concessions at £21/mth but they must be in certain areas of the stadium.

I agree you have a point about whether concessions are being offered with the cheaper zones. However the concessions for kids are in the South Stand not in the corners as that is the designated family stand as per Premier League Rule R.6. In fact that Rule says it should be for the exclusive use of family groups and junior supporters. The club may well have to move people like you to comply with the Rules. Especially if they start getting complaints from families that they have to sit in more expensive parts of the ground when there are seats taken by adults without kids in the family stand.

Are we not a family group? I think we are. To me Rule 6 says the Family Stand should be available to Family Groups AND junior supporters. Not Family groups WITH junior supporters.

We are currently a family group of 2, is this not within the ruling?

The concession issue doesn't effect me whatsoever other than my old man may get a reduction if the PL enforce concessionary pricing.
All this bickering started when i said i was one who the new membership scheme benefited, as it allows me to watch cheaper (now PL) football than i have been able to over recent years. That is all i said and i was flamed and called from a pig to a dog for doing so.

This might have had something to do with it...

Why do the uneducated keep banging on about no concessional seating when there quite clearly is.

On the whole, by some strange quirk we were evicted from the South Stand and had to move to the most expensive seating in say E6, i would personally still be making a huge saving on last season's pricing.
