Having some seats cheaper than others is not the same as giving concessions to kids and the elderly. Only the uneducated, that don't know what 'concession' means, would think that

OK. We will see. I know of no one being forcefully removed from the South Stand to be seated somewhere else by the club.
I had picked and paid for some seats for a a certain match a couple of days ago only to find out that my son and I had been moved because someone (FA/ Wembley/ City) decided it wasn't in their interest for me to have that seat. 2 days before the match. City have 2 months to decide they'd be better off having a family in your seat.
I have always thought that was a stupid decision by the club - saying that the South was a family stand but then backing down and saying adults without kids can stay there.
I also can't understand why anyone would want to stay in the South without kids? I go with my 8 yr old son, and even I got annoyed with some of the other kids around us when I was in the South stand. If you like the view behind the goal sit in the North and help build the atmosphere and let someone with kids have the seat.
To be honest, I imagine your response will be that you've always had that seat so why should you move. Pretty much what several thousand others have thought over the last few years.

There are a few youngsters but most younger ones are early to mid teens with their dad's, uncles, mates parents etc. The rest are made up of adults (pre concession age) who I know have been in those seats for many years too.
There are lots and lots of adults between the middle of the goal and SE corner, very very few of these have kids with them, to be fair seems a lot are husband and wives.

You can't be surprised at the 'ridiculously obvious oversight'. The sooner they're gone the better.

Rule R7 seems very clear and unequivocal; it uses the word concession deliberately, it uses the word must deliberately, also.
If they wished for ticket price structures to be open to all manner of pricing strategies then the rule R7 would not be there to protect concessions - which can be its only purpose.
Maybe your perspective needs the professionalism of understanding the rule R7 and how that conflicts with the new membership scheme.
The vast majority of pass holder in the South were there with kids, that's why the club decided to compromise with allowing adults to stay in there alone, there weren't that many of them.
Friend of mine is there with their family, but they are all adults (and some quite elderly)
I can't imagine they could stick to both the idea that it is a family stand for you to bring kids and the idea that no one can get evicted.
Surely within a few years all the kids will be adults...so if it was sold out, and if they all stay, eventually there won't be any children there?!

At this time it is all what ifs and what mays, all speculation and supposition.
If it becomes a problem for the club, i am sure they will tackle it if they feel the need. As i have said over and over and over, i doubt anything regarding the South Stand arrangements will change for the forthcoming season.

The current new arrangements in the South Stand are for one season only, it's just to get the numbers as high as possible for this season.
Arrangements for this season will only now change if we get a new owner, or the Premier League impose their rules.

Personally i don't think 2016/17 plans would be changed by new owners.
I would find it hard to believe the PL could enforce a wishy washy statement / request. It is not as if it is a set in stone ruling that "must" be adhered to.

As I've said before it depends on demand for seats in the family stand. If there is more demand from families than seats available it is now a simple matter of moving you. The new membership scheme means you can be moved at any time as long as the club complies with the terms of the contract you signed.
I can't say the club will do it, just as you can't say the club won't.
