The people who shout the longest and loudest hardly ever mention matches, football, meeting mates or past games.

They're the ones who continually criticise the club, the supporters and other posters ...

... I'm quite sure they're bitter and jealous of people who just get off to the games, have a few pints with the lads and travel together.
Agree, there are some very false supporters on there.

I have nothing against RTG as there some genuinely lovely people on there who I have nothing but respect and admiration for. I have no beef with the mods. Speak as I find. What I find tiring, are posts that are overly negative about our club. I'm going to give this context, but am not going to name names, as that would be wrong on my part. We are winning in the play off final and Wycombe try to get back into the game. That is their right and most games of football go through a patch like that. I'm looking at comments like good bye Stewart and Embleton. So, I told the poster to get ****ed, as it is overly negative and not what you need in a big game like that. Need people to pull together in a moment like that. Cheer the lads on. Not worry about who leaves. Ffs we were winning. I get a warning. I thought, nor, not having that, and got the account deleted. I told a mood hoover who has form for being negative beyond belief about the club to **** off. Holy ****ing ****. So what? Deserved it for being a prick. Would happily say it face to face. That comment was far more damaging than what I said. However, I get the warning. Thought, nah, **** that; think I'll take a rest from the place.

Rant owa and breathe

Never read the match threads, some of the OTT posts when things aren’t going perfectly are bordering on insane.

Look at the Warm Glow thread on the mag board and they're always posting crap from RTG. Probably just quoting the mag wums (or themselves) for likes...
No doubt some of my posts have made it on there for telling mags where to go in no uncertain terms.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve come across somebody as nasty and argumentative as “The Rat”. Horrible little ****er he is. Bet he’s about 5 foot 4 and 8 stone wet through the little keyboard warrior.
Only person over there i've ever put on ignore

The lad knows football. It's just a pity that his social skills resemble an arsonist. If he didn't dive in, and instead engage with people, he would be sound.

may go against popular opinion here or i may have just missed most of his posts but those i have read from 'the rat' recently have shown a marked change in attitude, more a lad/lass that wants to contribute to a thread rather than just picking a negative point and making a massive thing out of it.

he/she was never alone though and at times it is hard not to link certain personas with others, rightly or wrongly there are those who simply want to derail threads yet always appear to get plenty of back up..leaves us wondering just how many accounts or multiple personalities some of these people have, did some get to be a mod then realise they could no longer speak as they wish as they had to 'sit on the fence' so created a new persona knowing they could say as they wish with no fear of a ban.

the one massive downside to the tinterweb is the anonymity it offers.

The worst posters on RTG are the ones who don't go to the matches.

They're on the match threads, during the games, openly mocking anyone with optimism ...

... a late winner and the tossers vanish.

If anyone bumps their comment they'll always come back with,

"Come on don't spoil the win by mocking other posters."
