Go into "your account" and click on "Preferences". Untick both "Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply..." and "and receive email notifications of replies".

This should stop you signing up to threads and getting emails everytime someone replies.

Im still getting them saying reply to watched threads

Iv clicked that so hopefully sorted ot now says watch thread at top and if you click that gives you 2 click able options watch thread without email or with emails il leave it and hopefully its sorted thanks
