This site was down for me with the same error 5 mins ago like... gutted like set alarm for half 5 and woke up at half 2 not been able to get back to sleep.

Stopping Emails

Go into "your account" and click on "Preferences". Untick both "Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply..." and "and receive email notifications of replies".

This should stop you signing up to threads and getting emails everytime someone replies.

they are both unticked becs, but i'm still receiving them
