You got it all wrong, he does anything in his power and dedicates his experience and life to build a lifeless team into world beaters. Simple.
"All wrong"? <laugh> EMSC: I didn't get my prediction wrong for a start! And if you don't think he's a good organiser, I'd suggest you've very little knowledge of him (which I admit to being surprised by).

A good organiser of advantage no. A good organiser in a disadvantaged position (eg.Ferrari 1996) and (Mercedes 2010-) yes.

I hope others are watching this carefully, this is the jumped up sarcasm I debate with.
Their posts may look clever and witty, but their thoughts for others are 0%.

"Turn a lifeless team into world beaters" when he joined they were the current team world champions.

That is like saying TorroRosso is the same as Redbull.

erm, no it isn't.

They are two seperately run teams. Brawn neither changed personnel, or where they operate out of or anything to suggest they were anything other than Honda/BrawnGP operating under a different name.

All they did differently was design a crap car and hire a couple of drivers who weren't as good as those they replaced.
