I can remember Tony mate, we used to wait till he came up our street then one of us would put a nail under his tyre, when he drove away he used to get to the next street before he realised. He had to walk 4 streets to the nearest phone box and while he was there we'd rifle his van, he soon sussed us out though.

He was a nice bloke mind.

you scoundrel

Had a Minchella's the Sunday after the West Brom game along the front in Shields. Storming hot day and it went down a treat. Mmmmmmmmm....

We had a cafe round here called The Roma, some Italians by the name of Fella ran that & a few vans.

A little fat bloke called Aresti Fella used to drive one of them.

Wonder if they the same family?

Im in the No camp as well, if Bruce really rated him he would have jad him by now and I think hes had 2 seasons in the league now and is becoming more of a link up striker who scores about 8 goals a season and we need a 15 goal man

I think Rodallega would be a consistant 1 in 3 striker if he had a good team behind him feeding him balls. He's just under 1 in 4 at the moment at Wigan.

I can think of a lot worse, but I can think of a lot better too.

Would rather have Rodellega than Defoe if we had to have one of them.
Would rather have a Notrianis ice cream than Fellas, Italian Tony used to do our area of Hylton Castle when I was a kid as well same description so probably the same bloke top man from what I remember. It had to be the Oysters with a flake for me special treat off my fatha when he would roll in from the club on a Sunday dinnertime SUCKA.

Notrianis used to do our street (Portchester Road). Fellas used to come down Pitcairn Road. Always thought Fellas was a bit posh.
Don't know Rodellegas. Was their ice-cream any good?

I dont want Defoe. We need an experienced target man. Dong wont make an impact for at least 6 months, and maybe not until next season. Wickham only has experience in the championship, and having an experienced player in his mold will releive some of the pressure off his shoulders...

Rodallega would be good to have, simply cos he will offer another dimension and wont be as expensive as Defoe.

However, big target man is needed imo - and give Noble and Lynch a chance to shine as out and out goals scorers.

This is correct IMO.

He's a hard working player who more often than not takes chances when he gets them, and he'd get more in a stronger team.

Big yes to monkeys blood an arl!
