Well, he is from Sheffield. Unlike that well known Sheff Utd fan who was born in Birkenhead and is one of Hull's favourite sons... He was brought up a Blades fan. Managing them was a dream come true for him.

My wife told her that after knowing me and him for years she could quite believe it.
