Hull, UK
Barnsley 3-0 Sunderland <laugh>
Birmingham 0-1 Reading
Brentford 0-0 Wolves
Burton 1-1 Sheff Wednesday
Cardiff 2-1 QPR
Ipswich 0-2 Fulham
Boro 0-0 Preston
Millwall 4-0 Norwich
Sheff U 2-0 Derby

Weird scores today.

Boro's result amuses.

From what I've seen so far, this division is still a mishmash of inconsistent or weak teams.

Do-able.

Couple of big wages there – both good pros but one with a definite eye on the media career.

As said at the time, great if they go up, if not, an anchor somewhat.

Hindsight obviously, but could actually turn out to be good business for us.

Davies I wasn't othered about. Hudd I would have kept but bringing in now what we are. He wouldn't get in would he.
Probably the most gifted player we've had in centre midfield but he's never reached his potential.
Shame for him. **** him now though.

Some crackers in there. How's the derby way going tom and Curtis??

It's impossible for them not to be top, Tom is an outstanding midfielder who we can never replace and he definitely - definitely- never stopped us from breaking from defence to attack quickly etc etc.

Norwich is really interesting, they seem an absolute shambles on the surface of it.

Deffo. Even with the shame of losing Clucas, we seem abundant in midfield, even more so if Irvine comes in.

Both Davies and Hudd were drawing a lot of water at the club and I also did wonder about what they were like if they were not in the team - Davies especially. Might be wrong but his name cropped up in the discontent of 2015.

When toms on song it's great but if he dips it must be a nightmare for his co cm.
Better to have two strong tackling hard workers and have the flair out wide. Ince and Keane scrapping and gigs and Beckham with the flair.

I never forgave Davies after his first great season with us. Agitated for more money and upset the team spirit. He was dire second season and we got relegated.
Strange fella I think.

Billy sharp still banging them in.
He's one of those players, like Ross McCormack, scores goals all the time but when I see them play I think god hes ****. But he scores a Lot

Sunderland fans having a go at their team. Full of pl wage players not putting it in.
Barnsleh started two kids up front. Both scored.
Gotta have that hunger in the championship.

Cardiff won't be doing much with the past it idiot they appointed as manager, will they?
I like warnock, always have. He's a proper football man.
Why did you take a job in Plymouth Neil?
Cos that's who offered me a job, I'm a manager and they offered me it.

None of this waiting for the right opportunity or would consider a job but lower PL or a potential championship winner. How's it going Ryan? Or shearer? Or Gary Neville?

I wasn't calling him an idiot. I agree with your view of him. It was directed at those on here who sneer about people who have had careers in football 99% of us can only dream about.

I know 3 people who have played for Warnock and they all speak highly of him.

Deano hates him, like.

So 5 games in... I've watched who we've played and other than Wolves (where if we had equalised when Abel hit the bar who knows what might have happened) I've watched the Sky games and I have to say, if Slut can right this ship over the next week or so and Keep Grosicki, we have a right chance. I haven't seen one team yet that is a stand out and I've seen chairmen who have invested their life savings <laugh> sat pulling their hair out.. We won 4-0 in a canter last night, shoud never have lost at QPR.... Onward and upward ... KFT... UTT...
