I would imagine that some very astute legal minds are mulling that possibility right now, especially the clubs who were relegated and lost PL revenues - the legal and financial ramifications for City are enormous.
we already know they are guilty of some of them as Court of arbitration for sport agreed with UEFA's guilty decision but ruled no punishment could be given as UEFA had time limits in such cases and the legal machinations had taken the case beyond that period .
