we already know they are guilty of some of them as Court of arbitration for sport agreed with UEFA's guilty decision but ruled no punishment could be given as UEFA had time limits in such cases and the legal machinations had taken the case beyond that period . CAS did fine them for obstructing the case . The PL has no time limit .
