BOOOY!! Liverpool is really unlucky today. I can't wait to hear Klopp's philosophical perspective.

"That we concede like this, that makes me really, really sick"

Jurgen KloppLiverpool manager

"Manchester City are often accused of simply trying to buy success, so is it time we gave their manager Pep Guardiola some credit for improving his big-name players too?

Kevin de Bruyne, who has gone from a goal-grabbing attacker into someone Guardiola described this month as being a "complete player," appears to be a prime example of a top talent he has enhanced further."

It's fashionable again to write about the magic of mighty Pep.

"Rodgers is the first Liverpool manager since the 1950s not to win a trophy in his first three seasons".

What's the odds on Klopp becoming the second? <whistle>

<laugh>

The first of his two chances of silverware has now gone. :D

It seems that the usual pattern is repeating itself. Huge optimism among the fans followed by delusion followed later by the onset of clarity and realisation of stagnation. Ruthless punishment of the manager becomes inevitable and he is replaced with a new messiah and the circle begins again.

What happened to the "fear" United fans were supposed to be feeling? The German surely must have realised like most of his fans that his defence needed sorting. What's his solution? Rotate his goalkeepers <laugh>

[HASHTAG]#kloppyflop[/HASHTAG] will be sacked if October is as bad as September. Some of the RS fans have started using my flop word as they come to realise that my warning about their manager in 2015 was spot on. ;)

So long as the German wins Champions League this year, all will be forgiven. Surely, this is his year!! lol

We now have to admit that astro's initial assessment of Kloppyflop as a man who flatters to deceive was actually correct.

Yes, there is his personality and the way he cuddles players. Yes, he doesn't do bullshit post match interviews as Brendan. And he gives it more straight than the previous RS managers.

But when you strip it all down, he really has not done well.

He has had at least 3-4 windows to improve a shaky defence. Nothing!
He had to get a better GK than Mignolet. he got Karius as his No 1.
He had to beef up his ageing defensive midfield. He brought...no one.
He had to bring a striker to finish all the chances his attacking midfielders were creating. He brought Salah <laugh> who misses 3 barn door chances before taking one.
