And his Dad would have retired from his work and he himself would have retired from playing football before the RS win that first premiership title.
Klopp the saviour - this has to be their year. The Ox debuts at Arsenal = their biggest ever defeat - the Ox debuts at the RS...........................
#kloppyflop Mane kicks the GK's face nearly decapitating him and kloppyflop says he didn't think the red card was justified.
Straight leg, studs first, both feet off the floor so uncontrolled is a straight red every time. If that is a defender hitting a strikers ankle/shin after getting to the ball late then everyone crucifies him, this is worse because it's head height and could have taken an eye out with the studs.
Mane's Red card is a red .. is more dangerous than studs up .. is no-brainer can a player get away with studs up if his eyes were on ball !!! sure not .. why this should be different then?
Odd that so few pundits were queuing up to cry 'accidental' when this happened: please log in to view this image
It's so red it's ****ing purple. No idea why it has even been debated, he nearly took his head off. Intent is irrelevant.
Best bit was Gary Lineker on MOTD saying he would have gone for the ball, same as Mane. No you wouldn't, if you saw a keeper coming out at you, you'd have run a mile you soft twat. Probably ****ting yourself again as you did...
The #messiah and genius that the RS have been waiting for. I wonder what happens if/when he does not win the title this or next season? No doubt we'll have some RS giving such excuses like " he didn't have enough windows", "he was left an awful team by Rodgers" forgetting that his win and points after the first and second seasons were exactly the same. What price: " Coutinho did the dirty on him?" "for the net spend it is a great peformance" His substitutions are becoming legendary. At 2-0 down he substituted the best source of goals: his new striker. OK, that player needs 10 chances to score one but that's not the point and promptly got thrashed 5-0.
An explanation as to why they worship Klopp is straightforward enough, you only have to look at how they still see serial failure and all round loser Rafael Benitez as some sort of messiah. He's their benchmark and it's very low.
All the big clubs safely through match day one of the CL with a decent win - even Spurs managed a win at Wembley...................... anyone know how the RS got on
