Spurs are now more or less in the same PL position as in 2012 (gap to top, GD etc) when they
finished 4th.

So I guess that means in May it will be the current top 4 without one of the Goons or Citeh.
One of whom will win the CL while one of Man Utd / Poool win the Europa.

I know fans can be a biased but that's a whole new level!
They think that Ramsey's made something of the situation himself.
He made a shh gesture to their away fans when he scored against them a while ago.
That's enough to get him booed forever, apparently.

There might be something that I've missed, though.
It does seem pretty poor from what I know, so perhaps there's more to it?

"It does seem pretty poor from what I know, so perhaps there's more to it?"

I suspect cumulative whining from Wenger over the years about Stoke
(the Ramsey incident probably being a rare controversial thing involving
a Goon player that he did actually "see" ) .

Seriously out of line imo...he almost lost his career before it really began...by all means make the atmosphere hostile for away teams but that's seriously classless

I get why they give Wenger so much stick after his comments over the years but the Ramsey booing is crap

I hate that. They really need to sort that kind of thing out.
It filters down to amateurs and kids, which puts people off becoming officials.
Who wants to get sworn at and abused by some twat while you're basically helping them out?

Being of my era, I really don't understand why the Ref's put up with it. Not so long ago you'd be off for doing that.,...

Perhaps we need our lurking Goonies to tell us whether since recovering,
Ramsey has been a bit 'Wiltshere/Walcott/Chesney on Spurs' either on/off
pitch about Stoke.

I can see the argument for a 'Pool win - United are currently more of a threat. A draw, of course, would mean that both teams lose points against our win against Sunderland.

However, I cannot bear 'Pool winning. I hate everything about them - their stupid fans, the over-blown media hype, the thick ex-'Pool clown-pundits, the false sentimentality, their forever living off the glories of the 70s, Robbie Fowler, King Kenny, Tramp Lawro, Tom O'Cooner, Cilla Black records, Bread, Gerry and the fcuking Pacemakers, hub-caps - the lot!

So, no, I want 'Pool to get mullered. I always want 'Pool to get mullered.
Finally the mask slips.

Hughes waited way, way too long to bring on his subs, in my opinion.
They could've won this and now they're chucking on players to try and hold out for a draw.

1 attempt on target and united are in front...and LVG responds by writing on his clip board <laugh>
Apparently this is what he was writing...

Decent round of results for us this weekend

Agreed. Leicester and Arsenal both drop points and suddenly it looks much tighter up at the summit. United are really beginning to piss me off though. The more I watch them, the more I am dumbfounded by the fact that they aren't down somewhere near chelsea as they truly are shocking from back to front and lack any form of cohesion or game plan, yet...here they are, 2 points off of us. Having said that, they have a significantly harder run than us (on paper) between now and the end of Feb and I'd very much like there to be daylight between the two sides by that time as losing out top 4 to them playing as they are will almost be as bad as missing out to Chelsea under Di Matteo.

Up to us though. If we want it, dare i say, we could have it. I have not seen any team in this league i would say we cant beat.

We need to get our heads straight.

I wouldn't say a draw against Stoke at the Britannia can be classed as 'points dropped' for us when we've lost there more often than not. Let's not forget that City, Chelsea and United have all lost there this season too. And we missed both Ozil and Sanchez (who were meant to be back for this game initially). Getting 4 points against a Stoke team that sit 7th in the league isn't bad at all.

The result at Anfield, however, is a different story. Still peeved off about that, especially after seeing United create nothing yet win the game.
