They very much have all the hallmarks of a typical Martinez side, very similar to what we saw when he was at West Brom only that at Everton he has access to more funds, a higher wage bracket, a bigger name and a better academy. He's showing this season why I and many other Spurs fans were adamantly against appointing him after Interim Tim.

But yeah, the fact that they have a top class striker in Lukaku who is the joint-top goalscorer in the division yet are 11th in the league would suggest that he doesn't know how to build a cohesive defence.

Liverpool must be very wary of Man Utd today, as they're using their secret weapon.
He'll take up a position in the middle of the park and make things very difficult for them.
Tends to be better for them in home games though, does Mark Clattenburg.
 
However, I cannot bear 'Pool winning. The personnel that he has at the back and in the middle are actually very good, too.
Tim Howard's had some shocking games this season, though. Made some very poor decisions.
 
How much did these two teams cost?
Cos whatever it was they were done! 40 mins in and the only save required was from United's keeper which was pretty routine.
The best description is that Liverpool have been less **** than United
