Could be within one point if they lose tonight and Chelsea beats em next.

Is that your next game Purley?

If we can continue playing like we did today with a striker on form we can take anybody at WHL. Yes Roo,City do look beatable. Come on Saints. Liverpool worry me a bit though at their place.

amazing How your first sentence seems like such a reasonable suggestion, but for us right now it's actually so much to ask! <laugh>
Fairplay to Liverpool. They are playing good football and have put some good results together and gone on a bit of a run. Sturridge and Suarez look like a good partnership so far.

Just imagine if Chelsea had a manager, Spurs had signed a striker/Modric replacement and Arsenal had kept RVP, conceivably City may not even have made top 4

If City were to lose today and Man Utd were to beat Real, then it wouldn't surprise me to see Mourinho heading to the Etihad.

DL, if this happened, how would you feel? <laugh>

My chelsea mates are talking like Mourinho to chelsea is already a done deal!

this double post thing is doing my head in! <grr>

Well, at times we've questioned AVB's subs, but Mancini hasn't got a CB on the pitch! bizarre!

I'd be gutted to see him go to any Other PL club but I'd rather him at City than any other of the top clubs in the PL

I've just listened to GB after the match and he echoes exactly what I think. I thought about the difference in confidence now than when we played City and it's tangible. I also thought that if we win today we could have a good run in until the end of the season and he thinks the same. AVB has a ten match unbeaten run with West Ham coming next. Chelsea have four matches in 10 days which could knacker them. Interesting times. Potential banana skins coming but if we can get points from Arsenal and Pool we are sailing. Well done and cheers Saints,5 points behind with City and Chelsea to meet this month.

I'm not sure why not croydon.

Spurs have players coming back. City look poor away from home but their home form kept them in contention, now they aren't even winning at home.

If Chelsea somehow win at the Etihad next week City are at serious risk of not making top 3/4 IMO, which given their squad is pretty amazing.

I think too many people get confused between the cost of their squad and the quality of it. Take a proper look at their squad and compare it to your own or or any of the other top six side`s, how many of City`s squad would you swap for them?
