Utd drawing with Stoke and City are down to 10 men.
Chelsea will be loving this, the utter ****s.

Yes, they will. However, they look very vulnerable to pace. Something I expect other teams will have noted. I still think had Bale been available today we could have finished them off in the second half. Some awful defending, especially from Gallas, cost us the game today.

Arsenal have been woeful. A better side would be 3 up against them now. They seem lethargic. Norwich could pay for those wasted chances

Absolutely no consolation for today. I keep shaking my head.

Arsenal going ahead of us would've hurt. It's good to see that some reality has come crashing down onto the people that think Arsenal will definitely finish top 4 and the very few who thought they could even dream of finishing even higher up.

Great result for the Canaries today, who said Spurs have the soft underbelly - Arsenal seem unable to capitalise when we slip up now! Have the tides turned?

A colleague of mine was saying this current arsenal team was as good as the invincibles before the Chelsea match the other day. Really?!
It is a slight consolation come on cheer up!

I don't think there were any tides to turn. We've been catching Arsenal up for a few years now but it's far too early to read too much into the table, they've hardly done a Liverpool(or a "them" last year).

Yid,bollox to Arsenal,I'm only interested in putting Spurs right and how we do, not that lot. If you've followed my posts recently I expressed concern that we haven't been convincing enough. A 2-1 over the bottom club with a penalty was it? Aston Villa with us opening the scoring with a deflection. I posted last week that this match would tell us a lot and it did....we have a lot of work to do yet. Yes,we can say that the old jinx that a Spurs connection and a break nearly always does for us ie AVB and Chelsea and we lose. But it was the size of this defeat that concerns me. I think we'll be back to winning ways very soon but at the moment we are just not right.
A win today would have set us seriously rolling.

Us losing to Chelsea is not as dreadful as the Gooner losing to Norwich.

If we lose against the better teams and Arsenal continue to lose against the worst team, we'll finish comfortably above them and with a good chance of CL football, next season.

Keep the faith!

Finishing above Arsenal is bollox in the scheme of things. I want trophies not a finish above Arsenal. I want CL more than a finish above Arsenal. One defeat for them doesn't spell disaster.

I have seen many comments about Norwich not being very good but the fact is CH is being cautious as we have leaked so many goals this season. Our midfield and defence were far better today than it has been and with that we were able to suppress whatever Arsenal tried to throw at us. In fairness it wasn't much because we stopped them playing but what it did do was to stop ourselves pouring forward like we did last season. The end result was all that mattered this time, no matter how ugly it may have been or how dull it was for the neutral. Little teams like Norwich are only fighting to survive and we will take the 3 points thank you very much and don't care how <ok>

Come off it!

Finishing above Arsenal, for any true Spurs fan, would be utterly fantastic! Yes, of course, we would all want to win something - that goes completely without saying. But don't pretend that finishing above Arsenal would be meaningless.

And, yes, it may only be one defeat, but it is a significant one, perhaps?

Why are you telling Spurs supporters this Thai?

Arsenal have been woeful. A better side would be 3 up against them now. They seem lethargic. Norwich could pay for those wasted chances

This <ok>

We know we are not contenders for anything other than a bottom 6 place so please don't think that I believe one win against that shower of **** is going to make a huge difference to our ambitions <laugh>

The point I was trying to make was that it was not merely down to Arsenal being woeful. No, they were not at their best today but we did also stop them from playing they way they wanted to and I resent remarks that simply ignore the fact that there are two teams on a pitch at any given time <ok>

Thai, you should be blasting off on the Arsenal board not the Spurs one,get on there and pi$$ them off and come back and tell me what they said.

HIAG,yes of course it would be good to finish above them but not as good as winning a trophy imo. If we finish above them they can gloat that it's the first time since God knows when but if we win a trophy we can gloat that we've won more than they have. My wings are spread a bit farther than finishing above Arsenal. Also going Nyah nyah nya nyah nyah about finishing above them means that you're placing them on a pedestal singling them out like that.

Thai I didn't mean to cause offence with those comments, great win. You boys were great especially Bassong and and Bennett.
