It was so lucky. Fair play it came off but 99 times out of 100 that would never end up in the goal.Gooner luv-in on SKY about the instinctive although fundamentally lucky Giroud goal. Presenter calling it the Greatest goal ever and Carragher almost backing him up. FFS!!
Only Souness offering some balance.
Yeah, an ex Spurs player will always be unbiased when it comes to Arsenal.Gooner luv-in on SKY about the instinctive although fundamentally lucky Giroud goal. Presenter calling it the Greatest goal ever and Carragher almost backing him up. FFS!!

The fact that it wouldn't go in 99% of the time shows how incredible it was. Bitter Spuds. It was so lucky. Fair play it came off but 99 times out of 100 that would never end up in the goal.

Souness had a very brief period with Spurs in the late 60's and left feeling embittered at not having been given more of a chance. He has never demonstrated even the most minimal connection to the club. You might like to do a bit more homework in future.Yeah, an ex Spurs player will always be unbiased when it comes to Arsenal.![]()

I'm not bitter at all. It was a great goal no doubt but it was lucky that it went in the perfect spot to beat the keeper. The fact that it wouldn't go in 99% of the time shows how incredible it was. Bitter Spuds.
Mkhi actually intended to do it all along, if you watch closely he lengthens his stride as the cross is put in so he can get ahead of the ballMkhytarian's was technically better, far more composed and he actually placed it where he was aiming it. Too many ABU's to acknowledge it though.
