Dzeko makes Soldado's miss look not that bad by comparison, hitting his own leg with his shot in front of an open goal.

He not only knocks the ball in with his back, he misses the ball with his hand trying to claw it back, and then, on his second try, gets the ball the slightest fraction of a second too late. If he'd gathered himself and made his second try first, he would have had it in plenty of time.

Luckily it looks like it isn't going to happen - Allam has gone back on his statement about leaving, and it appears he has told the FA pretty much what he told everyone else, so it looks like he's made his own bid to the FA look even more stupid.
