It's similar to Liverpool quoting £20m for their low priority cup tie keeper Caoimhin Kelleher, in spite him playing the grand total of 5 PL games
Yeah, i can see Burnley owners being happy to throw City £20M to help them with FFP. I would think it more likely that Kompany knows this lad well from his time at City and has got in early for a player he thinks will make the grade.
