It was marginal but the correct decision. The handball was simply scandalous though. Moyes was rightly incensed. I also saw a fan ran on to the pitch and made a b-line for the officials before stewards stopped him.

I take your point. But that doesn't mean that similar incidents haven't been given as pens in the past, nor if something like this happens in a game next weekend that it won't be given. For every pen given or not given, there's often a good reason to not give or give them. It's how these "margins" are distributed that seems to be the problem, and that certain teams seem to benefit more than others.
