Debatable. He's been class for the past season and a half (since tuchel come). I remember you guys all saying you wouldn't want him whatsoever (for his footballing ability rather than when he pissed you guys off was it last year for racism claims) and i was asked for feedback between him and sanchez which i said he'd be a good buy and better than sanchez . If Rudiger was in an overseas league and did all of this, and was publicly angling for a move to the PL, I would immediately say he would be a "good fit" for Chelsea.

Not sure about that, I expect Chelsea to be back soon as strong as ever. You have played a lot of games this season and the ownership issue spreads uncertainty in the players. If Conte stays then I would expect a much stronger tougher Spurs next season but how strong is unknown right now. Chelsea on the other hand already have a very strong squad which at your best can be challenging for the title.
