Shahqiri is a mercurial talent, capable of great things, but not often enough and doesn't exactly overwork himself.

Is there a real player in there somewhere that a Poch could work with?
Do we need a free kick and corner specialist, of course we bloody do. Him and Doucoure in the summer would be perfect. With Poch's fitness regime Shaquiri would be World class.

If this scoreline stays the same, then West Brom are relegated before we play them.
Unless there's something I've forgotten, no possible result of Palace/Stoke would relegate West Brom - although the mathematics are really against them, as they'd be relegated if they lost or even drew against us today, while wins for Southampton or Swansea will also send them down regardless of today's result.

Pieters has committed 4 bookable offences yet Twatkinson hasn't so much as spoken to him <doh>

And as I write Palace equalise....

I think it's something to do with fixture combinations, as Stoke play Swansea on the final day.

Rules need to change. Shahqiri rakes the back of Loftus Cheeks leg - a red card offence but only yellow from Twatkinson, but the game continues with Palace down to 10.

The implications of Stoke getting an equaliser at that point are significant for several clubs.
