I am crap at guessing scores naturally i am a bit like jaffa and always assume we are going to lose. Yes i think we are the better team but means feck all. As much as we do not need it I think a draw - probably 0-0 with a really boring game as I have angered the missus by not going out tonight in favour of watching the gameTobes Is a toffee lol
What you think the score will be at Palace? I got a feeling the FA cup will be Gerrards goodbye cup myself..

Glad to make you laugh I pop over now and then to read and laugh myself at the drivel the vast contingent of kopites post about other teams (mainly obsessing about Man Utd their closet favourite team) but have very little to say about shoving 100+ million down the drain themselves![]()

In the replay we will probably lose a few - want Europa to be Gerrards swansong. Would be happy to see him back on loan too but only on bench.
You have your head in the sand. Pure denial.
1) That game was 5/6 months ago, we had half our defenders out. We were 2/3 up and got complacent simple as that.
2) Just 2 months ago we played virtually the same attacking midfield with Fellaini as well and put in our best performance and won comfortably [HASHTAG]#progress[/HASHTAG]
3) Rooney in midfield does NOTHING to help our defence or our attack. So your argument about it helping our defence is null and void.
4) Teams are dominating our midfield so we can't get out of our own half bcos we lack the creativity to play the ball over the half way line. Puts pressure on our defence. Once again making your argument null and void.
You're clutching at straws UIR with your "defence" argument and quite frankly it's insulting people's intelligence. His team selection, formation, performances are largely unnecessary.
So, before it was over, where was it discussed?
The whole point of this thread is to talk about the other games going off, not everyone wants to read endless dribble about who's dad has the bigger cock
Not bothered about the BS happening when no games are being player.
PS... You amongst others!
ok cape boy calm down I was having a convo with waterdude check If your capable...

You responded to my comment
Of you have the capabilities to read back you'll realised there was a lot more than just you!

Go on, you're not at home now.Shut the **** up bickering. There's a bloody game being played![]()
There really is NO excuse for the **** we're playing. It adds nothing to our defence (if anything it embolden the opposition to attack more).
AND it is NOT a choice between playing well or winning. We can do both with the players we have fgs!
Theres every excuse.
See leicester away. The very reason we now play as we do.
And Hull??? Playing with those very midfielders plus Fellaini. No excuse mate. Our defence was out injured. You can't take a game played 6 months ago and use that as an excuse when our defenders aee back, and you'v3 started those same midfielders since then and put in your team's best performance of the season and won convincingly.
We also started them in our worst game![]()

1. Take a look at the Hull line up. We had more defenders on v Leicester than against Hull. The Leicester game shows why Mata should never be played in midfield too.
2. We played a DM and a midfielder who could bully the opponent. Herrera played as a number 10.
3. Rooney works his bloody arse off in midfield. Hes not great at it but he is intelligent and mobile enough. His biggest issue is turning defence into attack. He simply cannot make the transtition quickly. His short passing game is a little suspect for the midfield role too. He shouldnt be there.
4. Teams are not dominating our midfield. Not even close. Our defence is being bullied however.

Surprised Tim Sherwood has taken the managers job at Villa..
Maybe his week in hand and holiday pay from Spurs has run out.
I think that's the difference - as you say 'at the minute' is perfectly ok but the problem arises if win at any cost becomes a philosophy. At the minute i would take win at any cost, just to get the monkey off the back but with a plan to move forward.
Burnley a great example, playing well, very entertaining to watch (few games aside), but likely to end up relegated. Newcastle another side that did the same a few years back.
