Dare not say anything now, I was just chatting, sorry JOTL didnt mean to get you in the poo with Gerrez <sorry>
I must say it seems odd trying to direct others to other threads, thought this was the rival board. As a reader of these boards (dont post all too often) i can say I have seen loads of threads get taken off topic with no mod stepping in and on very rare occasions I have encountered octopus porn :emoticon-0104-surpr

You're obviously not 'popping over' often enough then if that's what you think - couldn't be further from the truth in all honesty.

TBF he has me on ignore, so he doesn't see a lot of the board's quality threads like the matchday threads, the [HASHTAG]#bbcsalford[/HASHTAG] thread, astroturfnaut is a football genius, Rival Watch Special: The Fraud's Run, etc. etc. <ok>

Van Gaal is committed to hoofball

http://www.theguardian.com/football...laini-wayne-rooney-fa-cup-fifth-round-preston

Louis van Gaal keeps Marouane Fellaini up front for Manchester United

"The second jarring note concerns the amount of money United have spent on midfield players in recent seasons. Ángel Di María, Juan Mata, Daley Blind, Ander Herrera and Fellaini have all arrived in the past 18 months at a cost of around £200m... so it is somewhat puzzling that he looks at that list of talent and decides the answer must be Rooney, even if Carrick is currently injured."

<whistle>

"For Van Gaal to defend himself," said Wenger. "I didn't understand really what the problem was.
"Man United went a bit longer in the last 10 minutes - I found it completely logical.
"If I am in a game in the last five minutes, we have a free-kick and we have three monsters up front, I do not say 'play a short ball'. An intelligent team knows how to exploit its strong points."

After £150m, should the team's strong point still really be Fellaini's head though?
