I'm guessing you see it more on the boards that you mentioned because you spend more time on said boards than say, the Stoke or Sunderland ones (if they have one

It's natural for a fan to feel more aggrieved when bad decisions go against them, but only a small number actually believe it's a conspiracy.
Personally I thought Dowd was rubbish last night- a couple of the Spurs bookings were harsh as well as some of ours. Gerrard's tackle that led to the goal wasn't even a foul, for me, never mind a card, and Kane was offside. I'm sure Spuds fans can point to a couple of other incidents that they felt were unfair.
It's football, and banter between fans often descends into a cock-waving competition- as long as it's not abusive there's no real harm in it.
Of course, some of us want to discuss things as objectively as possible and put the partisanship on the back burner, and there's room for that as well.
