Yes he would have served a ban (depending on the point of the season) but its seven consecutive Joey Barton games, not seven consecutive QPR matches. No idea if he was actually banned or not though as I don't know when the threshold increases

The game is 11 vs 11, if you cant beat the team unless you get a 1 or 2 player advantage, then you don't deserve to win.
Stop relying on the other team to lose a man to get a result.

Can't say I ever hope for the opposition to lose a player and you're are right to say we should be looking to win without any help. However, its not about getting help from the referee, its about the referee doing his job, he should be protecting the players (of both teams), applying the rules of the game and making consistent decisions.
And there is no doubt Chelsea fans would do it too, you did when your board was active!

Yes sometimes we get blatant incorrect decisions, but that happens maybe half a dozen times a season, when a real WTF how did he not see that, moment happens.
The way guys on here tell it, you would think players are running around with machetes hacking peoples legs off while the ref waves play on
