The kid wasn't crying his eyes out because he thought people were going to fuss over him too much <ok>

Surely over the last season and a half enough plastics have dropped away that they could have just lashed him in an empty corporate box and got a good headline rather than a bad one

Hard though it may be for you to understand, nobody has "dropped away", this is United you are talking about <ok>

I'm not going to go there... I said my bit earlier.. If fine should have is applied a lot of us would be in trouble

We all want and anyone working in a customer facing business should want that little bit more

It would not take much to have half a brain and see a wheelchair and say we will see what we can do here

Like I said I can see it happening at lfc too so I don't want to single out utd on it but I'd like to think the kid will be made happy here

Well said <applause>

Nah mate, his ticket was valid, but instead of contacting the secretary of the legit supporters club in question the **** of a steward just referred the poor feller to the ticket office and they not knowing the real problem took the tickets off the dad

Its one thing defending Van Beavis but don't defend treating a handicapped kid so lightly.

I've not read anything about the story but if he referred them to the ticket office on a matchday that is unreal. Totally manic at that time, you might as well forget seeing the game.

Surprising tbh, the stewards are bang on at OT. Usually very good.

You would be surprised how many disabled people hate people going the extra mile for them.

I think the key words here are "when needed". You won't find a person with no arms or legs who fell into water saying "get the **** away from me, my toungue will get me out of this pickle"

besides disabled people are the same as regular people, they come with chips on their shoulders like everyone else.
Being afronted by an offer of help out of decency.. is just being an asshole.

Actually, I think you'll find if he did that they'd call him a 'clever d1ck' <ok>

Old Ratford even made headlines in Italy, they even gave a mention to the rats on the Stretford End.<laugh>

The stadium of Manchester United is struggling for several years with an invasion of rodents. This was revealed by the Daily Mail, which had access to a report last year on the hygiene standards of the clubs in the Premier League. "They are a nightmare and struggling to get rid of them," a source told the British newspaper, which has downgraded the famous plant 'theater of dreams' to 'theater of screams'.
The presence of rodents is "widespread" in several places Stadium: their presence has been reported not only in the stands North and South, but also in staff offices. One problem apparently recurring and related to the particular position of the 'home' of the Red Devils, which is near a canal. The presence of the rats in the area of the stadium called the Stretford End was reported already in a report in 2012, while in 2010 a rodent had been immortalized in a photo and ran around the pitch during a match against West Ham United's.Going even further back in time, the Daily Mail recalls an incident in 2006, when after a round of the FA Cup against Burton Albion players complained about the presence of mice in each area of the field. In the last report is recommended to the staff of 'Old Trafford to follow the recommendations of the experts who monitor the situation and do not leave food and garbage in the stands or other points at risk. Manchester United, as made known by a spokesman for the club, making weekly checks in all areas of catering. Also, have been adopted "strict measures to ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in places where food is stored, prepared and served."

I've been a matchgoer for many years and during that time I've seen opposition players come in for some merciless stick, Bremner, Dougan, Summerbee, Francis Lee, numerous Everton players and players of most London clubs, Man Yoo players also got **** big time, sadly amongst the **** was the racist **** aimed at black players, it happened and happens to our own players, Gerrard of late.
Not one of those mentioned above ssaulted anyone in the crowd during the game because of it.

Common assault is a criminal offence and if found guilty of it in court it makes the person responsible a common criminal, rivalry aside for a moment but do any of our visiting mancs think that the BBC who are making a documentary about Cantona's attack on the Palace fan should approach the subject more objectively?, they are making out as though the Frenchman was hard done by and treating him in a way like the one who had been kicked by a pair of size 10 studded footy boots instead of the violent twat who committed the crime.
Fergie kissed his arse because he feared losing the player and the Utd hierarchy went out of their way keep him sweet, apparently the Palace fan shouted at him that he was the "son of a French whore", the player could easily have approached a copper on the pitchside track to arrest the lad but chose to use violence.

I deliberately left out that its documented at the FA that Evra called Suarez's sister a ****ing whore so the two issues never took my main point offtrack.,<grr>

I tried to point that out last week to them and they (including Tobes of course cos he's a closet plastic) just couldn't get it into their heads.

They kept straining for imaginary distinctions that somehow made Suarez the worst of all.

I love when complete tools try say their visceral hatred of a player is only so because of what they do "on the pitch". You see Cantona's flying kick was technically off of the pitch <whistle> Ben Thatcher was nearly off the pitch so he got a free pass too. Defoe? Ah sure it was only a nibble and he's not a Dago <doh>
Granny basher and family destroyer were off the pitch happenings so, they are good blokes. <doh> <doh> Actually I think nothing of Rooney's "preferences" anyways tbh

Sadly, what you do off the pitch says far more about you than what you do on it, but the idiots seemed to reverse that simple logic to suit their idiotic beliefs

Van Brent getting touchy with the media [HASHTAG]#inmoyesshadow[/HASHTAG]

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has been speaking ahead of his side's FA Cup fourth round tie at League Two Cambridge United.

On goalkeeper Victor Valdes: "I have read in the media he is picked. That is a little bit strange. I cannot answer the question. I will give you my line up."

On midfielder Darren Fletcher's future: "He is a Manchester United player. He is one of my three captains."

Asked having won cups in three countries, what the difference is in England: "It is more important for the fans here. That is the difference. The attendances are much higher."

Playing against Cambridge: "For me there is no change. We prepare for Cambridge like we prepared for QPR. In our mind we might believe we are playing a weaker opponent. But still we have to beat them."

What a crock of ****

You got floored the other week when you spent an afternoon failing to see the difference between what Suarez did ON THE PITCH i.e. his biting and racist abuse, and what you tried (and failed) to hold up as a comparison of what Giggs did OFF THE PITCH with his brothers wife.

The first one had a direct impact on the game itself, the second is nothing to do with football.

The discussion had nothing to do with their individual characters and "who was the nicer or more evil human being" ffs. It's just one impacted on the game of football i.e. his bite at the World Cup finals and the worldwide coverage it drew as a result, and the other didn't
