To be fair to Brecon saint, he hasn't said anything offensive or really controversial. We paid too much for Lallana - Correct, we expect more of them because of their fees - correct & not all Southampton players have failed to step up a level after moving - correct. The only thing I'd disagree with is that "we signed the wrong centre back", that really annoys me because I really don't believe that Jose Fonte would be a solution to anyone's problems. He's a decent player, but saying we should've signed him is the equivalent of saying Arsenal should've signed Richard Dunne a few years ago. He's a solid middle of the road premier league player, nothing more.
That's all well and good but why come on here saying they sold us a pup when he didn't consider Lovren a pup just prior to losing him, and waiting to see if we won our game yesterday too, had we won webbed toes wouldn't be here.
