As far as I remember shearer and vale didn't move in this summers transfer window but maybe I missed those transfers
If you want to play that game then ok... Bale moved and was pants at Spurs for first couple years (oh and Spurs weren't a club challenging for title at the tme) while newcastle were the same
Not really. It's just that we were smaller then and the teams like Champions Blackburn and would-be champions Newcastle were much bigger. Also, going to Spurs from a Championship club would be a huge step up. Last years players moved up one or two league places (to date).You paid too much for Lallana, didn't need Lambert, and bought a pup in Lovren...,caveat emptor
BTW Otzi, the Alpine Ice man, was a modern human: 3,300 BC...Neanderthal?......only about 40,000 years out!

1) No-I was a bit cheesed off that you took 3 at one go....and the way that Lallana and Lovren went about it. Don't recall moaning about it- not excessively so at any rate
2) We love Sir Richard and wished him the best-can't blame anyone for wanting to play for their favourite team. If he was so important for your "requirements" how come he was hardly ever played? Still, at least he made sure his first penalty miss was after he left us
3) Crying? No- rather angry with Lovren's behaviour. We were rather miffed when he told us his "head was already at Liverpool"....shame the rest of him didn't turn up!
