My mrs said the poor little kids it happened in front of too. They might not know what it was but its awful for them.Terrible. We heard of this when out last night; took the shine off the night.

Aye, it must have been terrible for all concerned.
We have my 2yr old granddaughter tonight, as her 8yr old brother is singing at the Sunderland Empire and his mum and dad are attending. It is a much needed positive as they approach the 15th February anniversary of losing their two sons, one on that day in 2012 and then, the tragic coincidence of losing the second on the same day, one year later.
I visit their grave regularly with my grandson when we walk the dog together; he has grown to handle it very well and I can only hope those children will cope in a similar manner. Unfortunately the parents will struggle, as it is very, very hard. Not my favourite time of year, Chazz.
