Me and a few mates used to go felling but we didn't target famous landmarks.

We used to get stoned and it was just one of the things we used to get upto. Lampposts at times were also targetted.

Something really weird about this, obviously cut down with a saw not an axe yet from all the pics i have seen not one speck of sawdust around the stump or on the trunk.
