rain saves England temporarily.
stoneman gone. rain saves a
few wickets in the darkness..... oh dear. this is only going one way.

I think England need to bat all day tomorrow to stay in this test, and effectively stay in the Ashes. They do not want to be chasing a deficit in
the second innings.
Massive 3rd day tomorrow, so soon in the series.
yes they do. they need to just focus on saving it... which is why IMO they will collapse.
England boned. 400/7 and going strong.
pitch turning and England have no good spinning option in.moeens finger stops smelling of ****.
great.
cue england batting collapse under spin 200 all out? less?
Overton has been good , apart from that ...
tbh... as this is day and night test... I think I would bowl again if I were them... I think they might skittle half of us under lights.
the 20 odd runs needed for follow on are absolutely crucial
In reply to your first quote , Yes Woakes as well .
If I was Smith , I would enforce the follow on , Declaring in the first innings of an Ashes test match and then enforcing the follow on , must surely be the ultimate humiliation for the opposition ?
Oh , do you get lonely on here !
Is it lunch?we've recovered but the food on is irrelevant imo as Aussies were always just going to see another 400 and then bowl.
