Paul Flynn's Giant Sausage, Bridlington harbour, ( outside seating only, doggie bowls provided) failing that Butler Whites, Humber Street, Hull.

Not really...not that i have to explain....but i will....it was my first ever city game i went to.....strangely i can name the team but struggle to remember our starting 11 last night

I might change mine to ‘Blackpool 1977 or 1978- I can’t remember which year it was’ but it’s too long and I doubt it would strike fear into the heart of my adversaries like my current one does.

FACT.

The Westwood- Beverley.

The lantern, whitefriargate.

The doorway is actually a time portal, taking you back to the 1970s.

Or operetta. Unbelievably another time portal, this time taking you back to the early 90s.

Is The Lantern still on the go?

Disagree, it's shorter and snappier. You should do it, I think it will generate a fan club in the Far East.

What sort of price/head are you anticipating? The places suggested so far run from around £15 up to £35, excluding drinks.
Was thinking no more than £ 35 per head as that is what the set meal at Loftsome is.

The one in the second half of the 1969/1970 season or the first half of the 1970/1971 season?

I'm after a bit of help please. I was supposed to be booking a meal for my mum's 70th and was looking at Loftsome Bridge just outside of Howden Unfortunately they're fully booked. Has anyone got any recommendations they can offer? I've got a party of 10 to sort out (including a 12 year old) in or around the Howden area but don't mind travelling in towards Hull if necessary.

Really after somewhere with a good selection of decent home cooked stuff in a nice setting.

Thanks for you help.

Have you ever tried a place called McDonalds in the city centre? I believe they offer a wide range of reconstituted meat from bovines sacrificed in a halal manner, and three or four types of so-called 'McFlurries' (a kind of Penny Lick for the modern, hip crowds of diverse youngsters that you'll find there).

Give it a go.

You won't regret it.
