Have you ever tried a place called McDonalds in the city centre? I believe they offer a wide range of reconstituted meat from bovines sacrificed in a halal manner, and three or four types of so-called 'McFlurries' (a kind of Penny Lick for the modern, hip crowds of diverse youngsters that you'll find there). Give it a go. You won't regret it.
